Delete your Bulk account

In the app

Open Profile, scroll to the bottom, and choose Delete account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and your synced data: meals, workouts, weight history, social connections, and messages.

Without the app

Email support@joinbulk.app from the email address linked to your account and request deletion. We delete the account and all associated data within 30 days.

What is deleted

Account identity (email and sign-in method), logged meals and nutrition data, workout and body-weight history, social content and connections, chat messages, purchase linkage held by Bulk, AI diagnostic records, and progress-photo metadata.

Progress-photo image files are stored only on your device and are never uploaded. The app deletes them when you delete your account.

What may remain

Moderation records tied to reports may be kept for as long as reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce restrictions, and establish or defend legal claims. Apple, Google, and other providers may retain records they control under their own legal obligations.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
